Job Description
The ideal Behaviour Mentors will; be energetic and creative and be able to motivate and inspire pupils within their care. The role involves supporting young people between the ages of 11 to 17, successfully engage pupils in learning, helping them to develop academically, socially, and emotionally. Alongside the staff you will be responsible for safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children and young people.
We are looking for those who have previous experience dealing with young people and those who have a genuine passion about working with students who may display challenging behaviours. This is an opportunity to be a positive role model and make a real difference.
To be considered for this role you will need:
· Experience with challenging behaviour or mental health
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Dedicated and passionate about education
