Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 (DOE)

Join Chalk Education as a Candidate Manager in Berkshire, where your role will directly impact the lives of children by finding the very best educators and support staff for schools across the region.

This is more than a recruitment role – it's about building meaningful relationships, supporting educators in their careers, and ensuring schools get the skilled professionals they need.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Sourcing and engaging candidates who are passionate about working in education
• Conducting pre-screens and interviews (in person or via MS Teams)
• Writing eye-catching adverts to attract top talent
• Building relationships with colleges and universities to connect with future educators
• Checking documentation and supporting compliance checks to ensure all staff are fully cleared
• Supporting the team in delivering an exceptional recruitment experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in education recruitment/resourcing (or similar)
• A solid understanding of education, especially SEND
• Strong compliance knowledge and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and online tools
• Organised, self-motivated, and driven
• A positive team player with a “can-do” attitude
