We are looking for experienced SEN Teaching Assistants who are passionate about supporting young people through a practical, and relationship-based approach. The role involves working closely with pupils who present with significant behavioural and emotional needs, so resilience, empathy, and a calm, grounded presence are essential.

• Location: Knowsley
• Start Date: September 2025
• Salary: Competitive – dependent on experience
• Contract: Full-time, with potential for long-term or permanent placement

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience supporting children or young people with challenging behaviour
• A background in outdoor learning, alternative provision, or trauma-informed support is highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A positive, patient, and flexible approach to support
• Confidence working in small group settings
• A genuine commitment to helping young people thrive emotionally, socially, and academically
