Description
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a primary SEN school in Northwich, supporting pupils with challenging behaviours and additional learning needs. This is a full-time position offering rewarding, hands-on experience in a specialist setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs in class and during interventions.

Assist the teacher in creating a safe and engaging learning environment.

Build positive relationships with pupils to encourage progress and confidence.

Help implement individual behaviour and learning plans.
Requirements:

Experience supporting pupils with challenging behaviours or SEN – essential.

A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
-
Full-time availability.

Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
