Residential
At Chalk, we partner with residential care homes to recruit support workers and registered managers specialising in CLA (Children Looked After) care. These homes cater to vulnerable youth with diverse needs, from physical disabilities to social, emotional, and mental health challenges stemming from difficult upbringings. While an NVQ in childcare is beneficial, additional training in de-escalation, positive handling, feeding, or medication administration may be required.
If you possess the skills, ability, and passion to support these young individuals in a care home environment, please reach out to us.
