Chalk’s New Years Resolutions!

Read our team’s New Years Resolutions

As we welcome 2025, we asked our team what goals or resolutions they have for the next year. At Chalk, we believe that setting objectives for yourself, whether it is a personal or professional goal, can be a very positive thing and help frame your mindset for the new year ahead. Read what our team are planning for the year ahead, below!

Travelling more

In 2025, Sharon wants to increase her travelling by visiting some new places. Italy is Sharon’s favourite country to travel to, but would love to visit Iceland next.

Pav also wants a well-deserved holiday, having not been abroad in nearly 6 years. Her ideal location would be anywhere with sun, sea and a margherita – possibly the Maldives! While Su hopes to go on a long haul trip to India or Thailand!

New beginnings

We would like to congratulate Sharron on her new home, which she hopes to be moved into early in the new year!

Fresh Mindset

Jess wants to go into the new year with a fresh mindset and try to maintain a positive mindset and outlook on different situations. Paul wants to generally be more present and live in the moment a bit more throughout 2025.

Similarly, Emma wants to stop sweating the small stuff and live in the moment more. A philosophy we’re sure many people might aim for in the new year!

Money Savvy

Sarah hopes to save more money through 2025, in hopes of putting her savings towards a house with a big garden! On the other hand, Jemma wants to stop spending as much money on wine and lipstick.

Hobbies

In the new year, Wendy would like to get back into swimming at-least twice a week. Whilst Becky wants to get her whole family involved, by cooking a new recipe with them weekly.

Dan would like to improve his golfing skills, while drinking more water and reading more books!

Health and fitness

In 2025, Vicky wants to be confident at running a 5k in under half an hour. And Nick hopes to drop the Thai food and eat a bit healthier.

Professional Goals

Nick wants to find some more great schools to work and collaborate with, helping them to connect with fabulous talent.

Emma hopes to continue to learn and grow within her role at Chalk!

Last but not least, Rachel’s New Year Resolution is to give up making New Years Resolutions due to her lack of self-restraint!

Happy New Year from the Chalk Family. Share your goals with us on our social media!
