Pay Rate: £130 - £220 per day (DOE)

Are you a confident and motivated KS2 Teacher with a passion for helping children reach their full potential? Chalk Education are working with welcoming and supportive primary schools across Greater Manchester to appoint dedicated Year 6 and KS2 Teachers who can create engaging, inspiring lessons and help pupils thrive academically and personally.
You will play a key role in preparing children for their SATs and the transition to secondary school, ensuring that learning remains exciting, inclusive, and purposeful. The role involves delivering high-quality lessons, assessing progress, and building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold QTS and have experience teaching in KS2, ideally Year 5 or Year 6
- Have a thorough understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment requirements
- Be confident managing behaviour and creating a positive, focused learning environment
- Be adaptable, creative, and committed to supporting all children to achieve their best
- Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils
Additional requirements:
- References confirming suitability for the role
- Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service
- Eligibility to work in the UK
