Chalk Education are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Year 5 Teacher to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in St Helens. This is a full-time, long-term role starting in January, providing continuity and quality teaching throughout a maternity cover period.

We are looking for an enthusiastic practitioner with strong knowledge of the Upper KS2 Curriculum and a commitment to creating an engaging, supportive learning environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong Upper Key Stage 2 curriculum knowledge, particularly Year 5
• A dedication to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
• A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching throughout the placement
