Chalk Education is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 2 Teacher for a Catholic Primary School in Liverpool. This is a part-time position offering 3 set days per week (8:30 AM - 4:00 PM), starting after May half term and running until Dec 2025.

The successful candidate will be joining a supportive and welcoming team, with the opportunity to make a positive impact on the learning and development of Year 2 students. This role is ideal for an individual who is committed to fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment in line with Catholic values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan & deliver engaging KS1 lessons
• Commitment to safeguarding
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Maintain a positive classroom environment and manage behaviour effectively.
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure a seamless transition for students.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting
• A passion for teaching and supporting children’s development
• A commitment to upholding Catholic values in education
