A primary and Secondary Alterntative Provision school specialising in supporting children with social and emotional mental health is looking to appoint an SEMH TA to work across two sites between Thatcham and Newbury. The school require individuals who have a similar background in dealing with children with social and emotional mental health and individuals who hold a degree in Psychology will be ideal.
If you are looking to develop your skills further into the mental health and social emotional needs then this may be the ideal job for you. If you have experience with challenging behaviour, and de-escalation tactics we want to hear from you. We also want to hear from individuals within a care background.
To be considered:
- Individuals who have experience working with SEN including SEMH
- Experience working within schools or the care sector
- Mental health practitioner's.
- SEN LSA, SEN TAs
- You must hold a DBS on the update service or be willing to complete one.
