Description
Chalk education are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants for full-time, long-term positions in primary and secondary schools across South Liverpool.
Role Details:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Long-term placements
- Supporting pupils 1:1, in small groups, or within the classroom
- Working alongside class teachers and SEN staff
Pay Rate:
- £90–£100 per day (dependent on experience and role)
Alongside the staff you will be responsible for safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children and young people.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience working with children in a school setting
- Be enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about supporting pupils’ learning
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team
- Hold (or be willing to apply for) an enhanced DBS
Additional requirements:
o References confirming suitability for role
o Commitment to Safeguarding
o Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service
o Eligibility to work in the UK
