As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing invaluable support to both students and teachers alike. From assisting with engaging classroom activities to offering one-to-one support to students who need it most, your dedication and enthusiasm will shine through every day.

As a teaching assistant, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment is at the heart of the role, fostering a sense of belonging for all students. You'll have the opportunity to assist classroom teachers in both planning and delivering engaging lessons and activities, ensuring that every student can shine. A big aspect of the role will be to provide personalized support through one-to-one sessions or small group interventions, igniting every student’s academic journey with enthusiasm. Most importantly, in collaboration with the team, you'll have the crucial task of safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children and young people. It's a dynamic and fulfilling role where every day brings new opportunities and challenges, so flexibility is key!

A clean DBS and prior experience working with children are essential for this role to ensure a safe and nurturing environment. If needed, we can assist you with obtaining a DBS. Relevant experience could include childcare, tutoring, nursery assistance, sports settings, or similar classroom environments.
