Level 3 Teaching Assistant (Full-time, Term-time)
Location: Liverpool L17

Chalk Education is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in South Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity to support both in a mixed general classroom environment and provide one-to-one support to individual pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

• General Support: Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons to a mixed upper Key Stage 2 class.
• One-to-One Support: Provide targeted support to individual pupils, helping them access the curriculum and meet their learning needs.
• Classroom Management: Support in maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment, ensuring all pupils are engaged and supported.
• Behaviour Support: Assist with behaviour management strategies, ensuring pupils feel safe and are motivated to learn.
• Monitoring Progress: Support in tracking and reporting the progress of pupils, providing feedback as required.

Requirements:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience working in a primary school setting.
• Passion for working with children, with a commitment to making a difference in their educational experience.
• Commitment to safeguarding.
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive and proactive attitude.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 3.30pm
• Term Time Only (school holidays off)
