Teaching Assistant – Primary School (L25, Liverpool)

Chalk Education is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a warm and welcoming primary school in the L25 area of Liverpool. This is a full-time, long-term role beginning January, perfect for someone passionate about supporting children’s learning and development.

Role Responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (based on experience)
• Assisting the class teacher with lessons, activities and daily routines
• Providing one-to-one or small-group support where needed
• Helping to create an engaging, inclusive and positive learning environment
• Supporting behaviour management and promoting school values

We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children in a school or similar setting
• A patient, caring and enthusiastic attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
• Reliability and commitment to a long-term position
