About the Role:
Chalk Education is seeking a passionate and experienced Sports Coach to join our SEND secondary school in Litherland. This is a unique opportunity to work in a rewarding role that combines sports coaching with academic support for children with autism.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver engaging sports sessions that promote physical development, teamwork, and confidence.
• Provide targeted academic support to students, assisting with learning and personal development.
• Work closely with teachers and support staff to create tailored approaches that meet individual student needs.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all students.

About You:
We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with children, ideally with autism or other additional needs.
• Is a qualified or experienced sports coach with the ability to engage students of varying abilities.
• Is patient, adaptable, and able to develop strong, supportive relationships with students.
• Can work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support student growth.
• Is enthusiastic about making a difference in the lives of young people.
