Senior SEND Education Recruitment Consultant – Join a Thriving, Specialist Team 

Location: Hybrid (flexible working with office support as needed)
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 basic (depending on experience) + highly competitive bonus structure

Chalk has been successfully supporting schools and candidates for over 5 years – and we’re going from strength to strength. As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our East Midlands team and currently looking for three talented consultants to join us on this exciting journey.

We are recruiting for consultants to cover:

Derby
Sheffield
Chesterfield
Mansfield & Ashfield
Nottingham

What You'll Be Doing:

• A 360-recruitment role – manage your own desk, end-to-end.
• Partnering with SEND and mainstream schools to provide exceptional staffing solutions.
• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with schools and top-tier candidates.
• Business development across a large, diverse geographical patch.
• Combining education knowledge with sales expertise to make a real difference.

• A strong background in education recruitment (SEND experience is highly desirable).
• A confident communicator with a consultative and ethical approach.
• Proven track record in business development and candidate management.
• Driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
• Passionate about SEND and inclusive education.
• Resilient, ambitious, personable, and able to thrive in a flexible working environment.
