Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? Chalk Education is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic specialist school in Parr, St Helens.

About the School:
This welcoming SEND school supports pupils aged 2–16 with ASD, complex needs, and challenging behaviour. You'll be working as a floating TA, supporting across both primary and secondary classrooms. It’s a rewarding environment where every day makes a difference.

The Role:
✔ Support pupils with autism and additional needs
✔ Work across a range of classes (EYFS to KS4)
✔ Use strategies like PECS or Makaton (desirable, not essential)
✔ Help manage behaviour and support emotional regulation
✔ Collaborate with a committed and caring team

Who We’re Looking For:
Experience in SEND settings
Calm, patient, and proactive approach
Strong behaviour management skills
Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
Enhanced DBS on the update service
