Every child deserves the chance to thrive, and you could be the person who helps make that happen in a role you can (quite rightly) be proud of. Chalk Education is working with an exceptional specialist school in Slough to recruit a motivated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant. If you're passionate about supporting children with additional needs and making a positive difference every day, we'd love to hear from you.
This is more than just a job, it's an opportunity to make a genuine difference every day while building a career you can be proud of. As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you'll support incredible young people with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties, Sensory Impairments, Physical Disabilities, Complex Medical Needs and challenging behaviours.
No two days are ever the same. From celebrating breakthrough moments and building students' confidence to encouraging independence and helping them overcome challenges, you'll play a vital role in their educational journey and personal development.
Working alongside a passionate and supportive team, you'll help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment where every student feels valued, understood and empowered to succeed. Whether you're providing one-to-one support, assisting with small group activities or helping students achieve important milestones, you'll have the opportunity to see the impact of your work first-hand and be part of the moments that truly matter.
