Description
We are recruiting for a committed and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive primary school in the Lambeth area. This is a full-time, long-term position starting ASAP, with a clear temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate.

The Role:
- Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and learning difficulties
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support within the classroom and intervention spaces
- Supporting emotional regulation, engagement and positive behaviour
- Working closely with the class teacher and SEN team to implement support strategies
- Helping pupils access the curriculum and build confidence in learning
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working as an SEN TA / Learning Support Assistant in a primary setting
- Confident supporting children with additional needs
- Calm, patient and consistent approach to behaviour support
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Passionate about inclusion and making a difference
