About the role

• Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language challenges
• Assisting the class teacher with planning and delivering inclusive lessons
• Offering one-on-one support and small group interventions
• Helping create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment

What you need:

• Previous experience working with SEN pupils is highly desirable
• Patient, resilient, and passionate about inclusive education
