This role involves teaching pupils aged 5–19 years old with a range of needs including ASD, SEMH, and complex learning needs.

The Role:

• Delivering high-quality teaching tailored to individual learning needs.
• Creating a supportive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Working collaboratively with support staff, parents, and external professionals.
• Supporting learners to reach their full potential.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
• Experience of working with pupils with SEN.
• A compassionate, resilient, and adaptable approach.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
