Chalk Education is currently recruiting an English Teacher to support a school in Wigan specialising in Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

We are looking for a committed, resilient and compassionate educator who can deliver engaging English lessons while supporting young people who require a nurturing and understanding approach.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience teaching English at secondary level
• Be confident working with students with SEMH needs
• Be able to build positive, trusting relationships
• Demonstrate strong behaviour management and communication skills
• Hold QTS or equivalent
