Job Title: Secondary SEN Learning Support Assistant
Location: Hampstead, NW2

In this role, you’ll work alongside a committed team, championing inclusive education and guiding students with special educational needs toward success. You will be instrumental in helping them gain confidence, develop essential life skills, and realize their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Individualised Support: Provide one-to-one guidance and adapt learning materials for students who need additional help.
  • Small-Group Engagement: Plan and deliver targeted interventions, fostering collaboration and inclusive learning.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor and record students’ growth, celebrating achievements and offering timely support where needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and external specialists to create and implement effective support strategies.
  • Positive Role Modelling: Encourage respectful, inclusive interactions among students, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all.
