Join a vibrant Secondary School located in the heart of Enfield, EN1, as we seek dedicated SEND LSAs to support our SEN pupils starting ASAP on a full-time basis.

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Special Needs Teaching Assistants or support workers who can thrive in dynamic roles:

• Personalised Support: Become a crucial 1:1 support for a Year 8 student with Autism, transitioning into mainstream classes. Your role extends beyond academics to include vital support during breaks and lunchtimes.
• Empowerment through Education: Guide and support pupils with Autism, ADHD, and Challenging Behaviour across Years 7-11. Your impact will shape positive attitudes towards learning, fostering a supportive environment where every student can thrive. Some students may require assistance with SEMH.

These roles are full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. Together with our committed staff, you will play a key role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our children and young people.

Requirements:

• Experience working with Secondary aged pupils (11-16 years old).
• Exceptional behaviour management skills to create a positive learning environment.
• Dedication and passion for education, with a commitment to making a difference.
