Job Description:

Chalk Education is currently recruiting a Science Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Knowsley from September 2025. This is a full-time position open to both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced educators looking to make a difference in a supportive and inclusive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging science lessons (KS3 and KS4)
• Track and assess pupil progress using data-driven strategies
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom
• Collaborate with colleagues and the wider school team
• Contribute to departmental development and school life

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
• Strong subject knowledge in science (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics)
• Passion for teaching and inspiring young minds
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Willingness to take part in a trial/interview this half term
