Chalk Education is working alongside a prevision who is dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment where every student can thrive. We are seeking passionate and dedicated positive behaviour mentors to join their team.
Successful candidates will play a crucial role in supporting students who may be experiencing behavioural challenges, helping them to develop positive social and emotional skills and fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with behavioural difficulties.
- Develop and implement individual behaviour support plans in collaboration with teachers and parents.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and adjustments as necessary.
- Work closely with teaching staff to create a positive classroom environment.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student behaviour and progress.
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience working with children or young people in an educational or mentoring capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
