What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
• Working with small groups and individual pupils to support learning and development
• Helping to maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
• Monitoring student progress and feeding back to teaching staff
• Supporting pupils with special educational needs, adapting approaches where needed
• Collaborating with the wider school team to promote the best outcomes for all students

What We’re Looking For:

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience working in Key Stage 2 is essential
• Strong communication and team-working skills
• A passion for supporting children’s learning and development
• A proactive, flexible, and child-centred approach
• Commitment to safeguarding
