We are currently recruiting a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner on behalf of a welcoming and well-established nursery school in Ealing. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity, ideal for a passionate early years professional looking to secure a long-term role.

The Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing within a nurturing nursery environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting children aged 0–5 in line with the EYFS framework
  • Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
  • Promoting children’s emotional, social, and educational development
  • Observing, assessing, and recording children’s progress
  • Maintaining a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
  • Supporting children with personal care routines when required

Requirements

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • Good understanding of the EYFS framework
  • A warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
