Position: Level 2 Teaching Assistant (Primary)

Chalk Education is currently recruiting passionate and reliable Level 2 Teaching Assistants to work in a range of welcoming and inclusive primary schools across South Liverpool. About the Role:

• Support children across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and/or Key Stage 2
• Assist with learning activities under the direction of the class teacher
• Promote positive behaviour and help create a nurturing learning environment
• Provide tailored support to children with additional learning needs
• Prepare and maintain resources and assist with classroom organisation

Requirements:

• Hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience supporting children in a primary school setting (preferred but not essential)
• A caring, patient and flexible approach to working with children
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to work collaboratively
• A valid DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Chalk Education
