A wonderful, primary & nursery school in Camberley is searching for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to delve into a world of education and fun!

As an LSA, you'll be at the forefront of fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for a diverse range of students, including those with mild SEND. The role involves providing tailored support to individuals or small groups, ensuring every student has the chance to thrive academically and personally. Whether it's assisting with classroom activities, delivering one-to-one sessions, or collaborating with teachers and parents, LSAs play a vital role in empowering students to reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with children and must hold a clean DBS check (assistance in obtaining one is available if needed). A minimum Level 3 qualification or equivalent in childcare is required, as applications without a relevant childcare qualification will not be considered. Also experience with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) is highly desirable. Relevant experience may come from various backgrounds, such as classroom settings, tutoring, sports coaching, childcare, or personal parenting experience.
