Looking for a role where every day brings the opportunity to make a positive impact? Chalk Education is partnering with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Godalming, Surrey, to recruit a passionate Learning Support Assistant. Join a dedicated team and play a key role in helping children build confidence, develop essential skills, and thrive throughout their educational journey.

As a Learning Support Assistant, no two days will be the same! You'll be at the heart of school life, supporting pupils in the classroom, delivering engaging one-to-one and small-group sessions, and helping children develop the confidence and skills they need to succeed. Working alongside a dedicated team of teachers, you'll create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment where every child can flourish. Whether you're celebrating a pupil's breakthrough moment, helping them overcome challenges, or simply being a positive role model, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact every single day, including for children with mild Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

We're looking for enthusiastic, caring, and motivated individuals who have experience working with children and either hold an enhanced DBS certificate or are happy to obtain one, with support from Chalk Education if required. Experience supporting children with SEND would be fantastic, but it's certainly not essential. We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds, including tutoring, sports coaching, childcare, youth work, care settings, and parenting.
