The role involves providing tailored support to individuals or small groups, ensuring every student has the chance to thrive academically and personally. Experience supporting children and possessing a clean DBS are essential for this role, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for the students. If needed, we can assist you with obtaining a DBS. If you have previous experience working with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities), that's fantastic – it's a bonus that is highly valued! Your relevant experience could come from a variety backgrounds, whether it's in a similar classroom setting, tutoring, sports coaching, childcare, or even personal parenting experience!
