Chalk Education is thrilled to be working with a fantastic primary school in Northwich, known for its outstanding support for children with special educational needs (SEN). Together, we are recruiting a passionate and committed Learning Support Assistant to join their caring and inclusive team.

In this role, you’ll provide personalised support to individuals or small groups with mild additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, MLD, and sensory-related challenges, helping every student thrive both academically and personally. Whether it’s assisting with classroom activities, delivering one-on-one sessions, or working closely with teachers and parents, Learning Support Assistants are key in empowering students to achieve their full potential.

Experience supporting children and possessing a DBS are essential for this role, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for the students. If you have previous experience working with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities), that's fantastic – it's a bonus that is highly valued! Your relevant experience could come from a variety backgrounds, whether it's in a similar classroom setting, tutoring, sports coaching, childcare, or even personal parenting experience!

The Role: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

· £90-£95 per day.
