What to expect?

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

· Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students, including those with mild SEND.

· Provide personalized support to individuals or small groups, helping each student thrive academically and personally.

· Assist with classroom activities, conduct one-on-one sessions, and collaborate with teachers and parents.

What do you need?

· Previous experience supporting children.

· A clean DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check. We can assist with obtaining a DBS if needed.

· Professional or personal experience working with SEND is highly valued but not mandatory. Relevant experience could include classroom settings, tutoring, sports coaching, childcare, or personal parenting.
