Chalk Education are currently looking to employ a dedicated and passionate Key Stage 1 Teacher to work in Primary schools in Bolton.

As our new KS1 Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons for pupils in Year 1 or Year 2

• Monitor and assess pupil progress in line with the national curriculum and school policies

• Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive

• Work closely with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure each pupil’s needs are met

• Contribute to the wider school community through events, trips, and enrichment opportunities

We are looking for a teacher who is:

• A qualified teacher with QTS

• Experienced or confident in teaching within Key Stage 1

• Knowledgeable about the KS1 National Curriculum and phonics (e.g. Little Wandle or Read Write Inc.)

• Committed to inclusive education and high expectations for all pupils

• Reflective, organised, and able to work collaboratively as part of a team

• Passionate about fostering a love of learning in young children
