Chalk Education is currently recruiting for a qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a vibrant and supportive school in South Liverpool. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity ideal for an experienced HLTA looking to make a lasting impact in a school environment.

About the Role:

• Supporting class teachers across a range of year groups
• Delivering planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
• Leading small group interventions and supporting individual pupils
• Working closely with teaching staff to assess pupil progress and contribute to planning

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold a recognised HLTA qualification – this is essential
• Have previous experience working in a school environment
• Be confident managing groups of children across KS1 and KS2
• Be proactive, reliable, and passionate about education
• Have a current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one
