We are seeking a Lead Tutor or experienced Teaching Assistant to lead classes within a specialist SEMH school in Runcorn. This is a rewarding long-term temporary role, supporting students through engaging and practical learning.

The Role:

• Lead and manage classes independently
• Deliver engaging lessons linked to Hair and Beauty or vocational learning
• Support students with social, emotional and mental health needs
• Create a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment
• Work collaboratively with school staff and support teams

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience in Hair and Beauty and/or experience tutoring within the hair and beauty sector
• Confidence leading a class independently
• Experience working with young people (SEMH experience is desirable but not essential)
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• A calm, patient, and resilient approach
