Chalk Education is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor for a mainstream secondary school in Liverpool. The role involves supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students remain on task and fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage student behaviour
• Follow lesson plans provided by absent teachers
• Support students with their work as required
• Promote a safe and positive classroom environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant and/or Cover Supervisor
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• A degree qualification (desirable but not essential)
• A positive attitude and a commitment to supporting student development
