Job Title: Complex Needs Support Worker/SEN TA

Pay £95-£100 Per Day
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Setting: SEN Provision (School and College, KS1–KS4)

We are currently seeking 5 dedicated and experienced Complex Needs workers /SEN TA's to join a specialist provision in Alderley Edge. This setting supports children and young people from Key Stage 1 through to Key Stage 5 with complex Special Educational Needs.

Role Overview:
As a TA, you will play a vital role in supporting students with a range of complex needs, helping them access learning, develop independence, and achieve their full potential in both school and college environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to students with complex SEN, both in and out of the classroom
• Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver personalised learning plans
• Support students’ social, emotional, and behavioural development
• Assist with classroom activities and help maintain a safe, structured learning environment
• Promote inclusion and positive engagement across all areas of learning

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with Special Educational Needs in the UK
• Experience supporting individuals with complex needs including manual handling
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
• Ability to adapt to different learning needs and behavioural challenges
