Your Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with the staff team to ensure a positive and secure learning environment for all students.

· Assist in planning and delivering creative lessons to students of various ages and abilities.

· Provide learning support to students in whole class, small group, and one-on-one settings.

· Implement effective behaviour management strategies with a calm yet firm approach.

· Actively safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people.

The Ideal Candidate:

· Has first-hand experience working with children or young people.

· Possesses a clear DBS (Criminal Record Check) or is willing to undergo the necessary checks.

· Has experience as a teaching assistant or in other child-related roles in the UK.

· Is flexible and able to adapt plans to meet pupils' needs.

· Can provide references confirming suitability for the role.

· Is eligible to work in the UK.
