As a Classroom Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers and pupils to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Whether you're supporting whole-class activities, delivering one-to-one assistance, leading small-group interventions, or encouraging positive behaviour, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's academic, social, and emotional development every single day.

We're looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual with previous experience working with children, whether in a school, childcare, sports coaching, youth work, or support work setting. You'll be passionate about helping young people achieve their full potential and confident building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents. A DBS certificate registered on the Update Service is desirable, or a willingness to obtain one with support from Chalk Education. You'll also have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, the right to work in the UK, and a genuine commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of children.
