Chalk Education is excited to be working in partnership with an outstanding primary school in Farnborough, Hampshire, to recruit a dedicated and forward-thinking Classroom Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team committed to delivering high-quality education and nurturing every child’s success.

In this role, you will work closely with teaching staff to maintain a safe and positive learning environment, support creative and engaging lessons, assist children in both small groups and 1:1 situations, and use effective behaviour management strategies. You will also play an active role in safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing—making a meaningful impact every day.

We are looking for someone with experience supporting children, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, caring approach. You must be fully eligible to work in the UK and hold a DBS certificate registered on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one—with our support).
