They’ve tasked us with finding a dedicated and forward-thinking Classroom Assistant, like you, to join their vibrant team. In this exciting position, you'll collaborate with staff to foster a safe and engaging learning environment, assist in crafting creative lesson plans for diverse groups, provide support across various settings, use effective behaviour management techniques, and contribute actively to child welfare and safety initiatives.

We’re on the lookout for someone with a passion for supporting children and a knack for making a difference! If you’ve got experience in this area and a DBS certificate registered on the update service (or you're happy to get one—don’t worry, we’ll guide you through it!), you’re already off to a great start. You’ll also need to be fully eligible to work in the UK, bring strong communication skills, plenty of patience, a can-do attitude, and a rock-solid commitment to keeping children safe.
