Are you passionate about working in SEN?
Do you have experience of supporting students from 5-17 years old with ASD/SEMH/Challenging behaviours?

If the answer is Yes, then we could be offering you the opportunity to secure a permanent role within an SEN school based in Warrignton. The Provision provides a bespoke curriculum to young people who are not able to access mainstream education. Students have a range of SEND including Social Emotional & Mental Health, Moderate Learning Difficulties and Autistic Spectrum Disorder. Pupils may display challenging behaviour, so excellent behaviour management is essential with knowledge of a range of de-escalation techniques.

Requirements:-

• Experience within SEN (Ideally SEMH / ASD- challenging behaviour).
• Experience in a school/care/residential setting.
• Be able to work 8.30-3.30pm Monday to Friday
• Be able to use own initiative and want to help students progress.
• Be willing to be flexible.

Additional requirements:

• References confirming suitability for role
• Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service
• Eligibility to work in the UK
