This specialist setting supports students from Key Stage 3 (KS3) to Key Stage 5 (KS5) who have been permanently excluded, are at risk of exclusion, or need extra guidance to successfully reintegrate into mainstream education. About the Role
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:
✔ Motivate and encourage students (aged 11–18) to engage with their education, both academically and emotionally.
✔ Provide essential support to pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Complex Needs.
✔ Be a key role model, helping them navigate challenges, build resilience, and grow in confidence.
✔ Work alongside a skilled and supportive team dedicated to empowering students who need it most.

Skills & Experience Needed
⭐ Experience working with SEMH, ASD, complex needs, and challenging behaviour (highly desirable).
⭐ TeamTeach training is a plus, but not essential – enthusiasm and commitment matter most.
⭐ Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
⭐ Dedication to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
⭐ Passion for helping students unlock their potential and develop resilience.
