September 2025 start | Temp‑to‑perm or fixed‑term contract

Pay Rate £180 – £220 per day

What you’ll bring

  • QTS (preferred) and solid classroom craft – you know how to turn disengaged pupils into curious creators.
  • Proven success with students who present challenging behaviour and/or have diagnosed or undiagnosed SEN.
  • A knack for behaviour management founded on empathy, consistency and high expectations.
  • Passion for vocational learning – you’re as comfortable with a glue gun or soldering iron as you are with a sketchbook.

Essentials
