SEN Teaching Assistant - South Liverpool
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We have exciting opportunities available for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team and work in schools across South Liverpool!

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with a range of additional needs, helping them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. You will work closely with classroom teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to ensure that each child receives the tailored support they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of individual and small group interventions
- Support students with SEND in their day-to-day learning and development
- Adapt learning materials and resources to suit individual needs
- Promote positive behaviour and help students engage with learning activities
- Liaise with teachers and other staff to monitor student progress
- Help create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEND is desirable but not essential
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- A commitment to ensuring every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential
