We’re looking for passionate graduates to join our partner Pupil Referral Units (PRUs) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) schools in Camden. The Role:
As a key member of the school’s support team, you will:

• Work directly with students who have faced significant challenges, including behavioural, emotional, and mental health difficulties.
• Use your social work background to understand each child’s individual needs, building trusting relationships that foster resilience, self-confidence, and improved wellbeing.
• Assist in delivering tailored interventions and small group sessions that address emotional regulation, social skills, and positive engagement.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff to ensure that every learner receives the academic and therapeutic support they need.
• Be a vital part of a network that includes external agencies, parents/carers, and mental health professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to student care.

About You:
We’re seeking graduates who:

• Hold a degree in Social Work (or a related field) and are looking to transition into an educational environment.
• Demonstrate compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for vulnerable young people.
• Possess strong communication and relationship-building abilities, as well as an interest in restorative practices.
• Thrive in a team-focused setting, eager to contribute to the school’s inclusive ethos.
