Are you passionate about making a real difference in a child's life? A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Brent, NW10, is looking for a dedicated 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant to join their dynamic team immediately on a full-time, long-term basis.

About the Role
You will be working closely with a delightful Year 2 pupil with Autism, providing essential 1:1 support that nurtures both academic growth and personal development. Your role is vital in helping this student thrive, and you will collaborate with the class teacher to create a nurturing and structured environment tailored to the child’s unique needs. You’ll also be responsible for tracking their progress, celebrating achievements, and fostering a positive learning experience.

Beyond academic support, you’ll play an essential role in safeguarding the welfare of all pupils, working alongside a committed team to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
• Expertise in supporting individuals with Autism.
• Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to create positive learning experiences.
