Job Description

Are you passionate about teaching Welsh or a Welsh speaking teacher and looking for a new opportunity?

Chalk Education are working closely with a large school in Newport who is looking for two long term Welsh Speaking Cover Teachers.  They will consider all subjects as they have quite a few teachers that need long-term cover. All levels of experience and backgrounds will be considered, including NQTs. They are also happy to offer part-time hours for the right applicant.  There are two positions available, and they will be long-term and ongoing, possibly leading to permanent jobs if desired.

Job Description:

  • Observing and assessing pupils’ development where required

  • Continual professional development through free online training
